1.Patch the game to version 1.0.1

2.Copy vca.bin and serial.txt to:
XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Tages\100663362

warning! some Folders is hidden in windows by default ..make sure You are unhidding them from Start\Control Panel\ Folder options

for Vista user:
C:\Program\DataTages\100663362

3.Copy patch.exe to:
X:\Atari\The Chronicles of Riddick – Assault on Dark Athena\Systemwin32_x86
4.Run patch.exe
5.Play the game
