Not much to say, the English remake of the German 1920 silent film ‘Das KABINETT des Doktor Caligari’. Ratings ain’t to great, getting a little below average. Quality is nice and if you liked the original, why not try this one out?

Synopsis: In the quaint, unsuspecting town of Holstenwall, Germany, the time has once again come for the annual fair. While Francis (Judson Pearce Morgan), and his best friend Alan (Neil Hopkins) attend the festivities, they are led into a sensational sideshow exhibit that will change their lives forever.

Inside his murky tent, sinister hypnotist Dr. Caligari (Daamen Krall) is the keeper of the clairvoyant sleepwalker Cesare (Doug Jones), who wakes from his endless night to predict Alan’s terrifying future.

Soon after, Holstenwall suffers a series of murders, and Francis alone suspects the Doctor and his mysterious somnambulist. With no help from the town’s chief inspector, Francis decides to take matters into his own hands. But what he doesn’t know is the only way to save his fiance, Jane (Lauren Birkell), from the same grim fate is to discover the secret of The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari.
