Just Pre’d is Romance Of The Three Kingdoms which is a long running series popular in Asia. This is the 11th title in the series and as i have no idea what the older version looked like i don’t know whats new / different. But judging from the screenshots you can see its a top down strategy affair in glorious 3D and based in medieval japan(?). If you like these sort of things then go ahead and download its only 1.2 GB.
