An updated version of the regular OEM version of Windows Vista. It basically is the full Windows Vista operating system but with added updates till August, it also includes Service Pack 1.
BIE uses the OEM of cracking the OS so its a simple install and go procedure, this can also be used as a normal Operating System, its not just for upgrades. In past experience this has worked very well, I was running the June version of the software and i could even update normally without any problems.
Definitely recommended, and will run well on most PC’s. Reason for delay on posting is that we have had problems with Microsoft’s takedowns notices, but SHiNY gave me the go ahead. Enjoy!
Release Name: Microsoft.Windows.Vista.ULTIMATE.x86.SP1.Integrated.August.2008.OEM.DVD-BIE

Is it possible to install with an authentic serial without the cracking with this one?
August 14th, 2008 at 12:30 am
@ Vista, its probably best using this, it gets detected as authentic in every Microsoft test.

@vista you could change key after install, but why would you need/want to?

Where is the x64 release ?
August 14th, 2008 at 9:38 am
@JamesP, there very rarely is an OEM version of that.
August 14th, 2008 at 11:34 am
Released as regularly as the x86 release:
Microsoft.Windows.Vista.ULTIMATE.x64.SP1.Integrated.July.2008.OEM.DVD-BIE
Microsoft.Windows.Vista.ULTIMATE.x64.SP1.Integrated.June.2008.OEM.DVD-BIE
No “authentic serial” is needed – this isn’t cracked. It’s the OEM version supplied to Dell, HP-Compaq and other manufacturers. It relies on your bios to install.

Couple of questions, why is there a new release every month and also is it possible to use this version to upgrade XP Pro to Vista without having to install it from scratch?
August 14th, 2008 at 8:14 pm
New release every month is with all the updates. reason is for easy credits for the release group and their currys. :->
Dunno about upgrades – they never work out right. if you are that worried about your current data then maybe dualboot xp and vista.

Thanks MelC… Think I’ll stick with XP for now! Should be switching to a new machine soon anyway, will look into Vista for that!

Yeah sticking with XP is the best bet for now.
I just wish x64 xp had more driver support – it would be the best of both worlds.

I had a Vista on another drive which worked for two years but has recently been de-activated. This ones on a new partion. Do you think they are interfering? Also, I installed in English (United Kingdom) I wonder if that would cause a problem?
