To bypass the cd-key asking window, just delete the: tagesclient.Dat and the tagesClient.exe files from x:programfiles>atari>darkathena>system>Win32_x86>…

when deleted it will not ask for cd-key. But now it asks for the the game disc. so a nodvd fix would be nice

The game has been cracked by more than one group already. They haven’t released it because of some deal between them and Atari. They say out of respect for Atari but that’s kind of lol. Any game that used Tages before was either cracked to a leaking unprotected exe, or a different protection in another country (eg Stalker Clear sky which was cracked when it was released with starforce in russia) or was not cracked at all since it was emulateable with daemon tools.
Now you whiny kids got nothing to emulate the online activation with …. and it won’t be cracked for a long time unless nothing stupid happens (eg unprotected demo or something similar).
If you like this game and want to play it, walk into your local games shop or got to amazon and fucking buy it.
But hey …… you can spend another two weeks here waiting for something that will not happen…..

Please, I bought the game and I’ve got the same problem!!!! What am I supposed to do?! I followed so many instructions, my head started to hurt!!! I can’t take it anymore! its all bullshit after all the game isn’t that high rated. the same thing happened to alone in the dark 5 which had some bullshit way to prevent craking. but eventually it got cracked . the game eventually managed a mediocre rating. moreover the riddick game is getting a variable rating which tells that its isn’t superb after all. so ,atari, before using such bullshit protection should make their own position strong in game industry like EA, Ubisoft and then fuck about these craps.
